Surface Preparation: Surface must be free from grease and other residues, dry, smooth and structurally sound. Check surfaces for paint bonding, loose wallcoverings, damaged wallboard or plaster. Repair all unsound surfaces. Before proceeding with any unusual conditions, consult your adhesive or wallcovering supplier.
Mixing Instructions: Following chart below, slowly stir entire contents of package into cold water. Continue stirring for 30 seconds. Let stand for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir thoroughly before use.
