Shipping Information
Most items are shipped direct from the manufacturer and we work hard to get your products to you as soon as possible - we're just as excited as you are! For an estimation on when you will receive your products, please refer to the map below. This policy excludes any backordered or preordered items.

Backorders
Some patterns can be unexpectedly backordered, which means we're waiting for the manufacturer to re-stock the item. While we do our best to keep customers informed of backorders or items with low inventory, sometimes our products sell so fast that it's hard to keep up! If you're concerned about an item's expected arrival date, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
All backordered dates provided are estimated, and actual arrival dates may vary. If a backordered product is included in your order, we will hold your order until it can be completed and will be sure to reach out with an estimated ship date.

Samples
Samples are typically shipped via USPS and tracking information is not available. Approximate time in transit for samples is 7-10 days. Samples are randomly cut and dye lots can't be guaranteed. All samples ship free in the continental US.
Return Policy
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem! Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, all product must be unopened and unused.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll notify you via e-mail of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (typically within 7-10 business days, depending on the financial institution).
We do not supply return labels or credit freight or original freight.
Gift cards and samples are non-refundable and all sales are final.
